Our story

A dream come true since 2010

In 2010 we opened "Gisela" and it's now been over a year since we moved to the gates of our castle, to invite you into our home, enjoy a good breakfast and, without rushing, something delicious, real and unique.

We work every day with honest ingredients and, whenever we can, zero-kilometre ones: bread from Panadería Álex, speciality coffee from Bonarte, and infusions from La Tetera Azúl.
